Required on every Preset. Names the Hook References the Preset expands into, in reference order:

• Type Hook Reference array · required · every Preset · unique references
• Each reference is source-qualified: local/name or owner/repo/name.
• An unresolved reference remains valid and dangling; a reference that resolves to another Preset fails the complete Catalog until nesting is supported.
• A Preset enables every currently available member and cannot carry any executable field (shell, event, action, filter, or when). Presets and sources describes expansion, enablement, and defaults.
